  • Each session is 90 minutes and intentionally spacious. We begin with grounding and presence, followed by intuitive coaching guided by your needs. This may include breath work, meditation, visualization, energy work, and self-inquiry prompts. The session is a collaborative space: fluid, safe, and centered on your clarity, alignment, and emotional well-being.

  • It depends on where you are in your life, and what you’re seeking.

    A Sacred Check-In is a one-time, 90-minute session. It’s ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, unclear, emotionally full, or simply need a pause to recalibrate. Many clients use it as a seasonal check-in, an energetic reset, or a way to process something timely. You’ll leave with insight, spaciousness, and usually a clear next step. It can also help you decide whether a longer journey is right for you.

    Alignment Journeys, on the other hand, are for when you’re ready to go deeper. These multi-session programs are designed to support long-term transformation, inner alignment, and sustained integration. They offer structure and flexibility, and are perfect if you’re craving consistent support, emotional clarity, and meaningful growth over time.

  • Great question. Meditation Coaching blends elements of life coaching, mindfulness, and emotional support, but it’s not the same as therapy.

    Therapy is typically past-focused, diagnostic, and designed to treat clinical mental health conditions. Meditation Coaching is present-focused, intuitive, and growth-oriented. It’s about helping you pause, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity, calm, and aligned action.

    My integrative approach is deeply informed by psychology, meditation, and coaching, but it’s not medical or diagnostic work. I don’t “fix” you. I walk beside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and realign your life from that place.

  • Absolutely. This isn’t a class, and you don’t need any meditation background, or a desire to “get better” at it, to benefit from this work.

    Many clients come simply wanting space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Others are navigating transitions, processing emotions, or needing support for clarity, and meditation becomes just one of the tools we might use along the way.

    This work is not about learning meditation — it’s about using presence-based practices (like breath work, awareness, and intuitive inquiry) to support your healing, alignment, and personal growth.

    Whether you’re brand new or deeply seasoned in mindfulness, all you need is a willingness to show up. The rest unfolds from there.

    Each 90-minute session includes far more than just our live time together. I bring intentional preparation beforehand, personalized meditative tools during, and energetic care and reflection afterward. You’re receiving a deeply curated experience — rooted in presence, attunement, and over a decade of professional training and lived experience.

    This work is informed by my Master’s in Psychology & Education from Columbia University, years of cultural and trauma-informed facilitation, and a grounded understanding of how to guide lasting change through body, mind, and soul integration.

    My pricing reflects that full container of care. I rarely offer discounts, but I do sometimes extend seasonal sliding scale opportunities, loyalty pricing for committed returning clients, or referral-based access for those deeply aligned with this work. These are offered with discernment and integrity — never from urgency, but from genuine connection.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are non-refundable and non-transferrable, unless there’s a true emergency.

    If this happens more than once or becomes a recurring pattern, we’ll gently check in together. Sometimes repeated last-minute cancellations are a sign of internal resistance (which is completely normal in deep transformational work), but it’s something we’ll want to explore with honesty and care.

    For in-person sessions held in a partnered venue, it’s especially important to be mindful of all parties involved: your time, my time, and the space we’ve reserved. These sessions are sacred containers, and honoring the commitment supports the integrity of the work we’re doing. Thank you for holding this space with intention.
