As the whirlwind of December rushes past, it’s easy to wish the year would simply end. But amidst the chaos, there’s an incredible opportunity to pause, reflect, and honor the story of our year. Through meditation, writing, and intentional stillness, we can revisit the moments that shaped us—the lessons, the joys, and even the challenges—and begin to see how much we’ve grown.
This year, I’ve guided others in this process and walked it myself, reflecting on my roles as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, guide, and entrepreneur. Each season has brought a new version of me, teaching me that growth takes time, patience, and reflection.
